Background

As weightlifting and fitness grow in popularity, wrist injuries have become a common issue for enthusiasts and professional athletes alike. During weightlifting, wrists endure significant stress, and improper form or excessive loads can lead to hyperextension. This condition can cause ligament injuries, tendonitis, or even distal radius fractures. Studies show that approximately 35% of weightlifting-related injuries involve the wrist and forearm, with most stemming from insufficient protection or improper techniques, severely impacting performance and recovery.

To prevent negative wrist angles during weightlifting, a supportive accessory has been designed.
